END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and GoForge (the "Licensor"), publisher of the GoForge application and its components (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software — including during the free trial — you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

The Software is a closed-source Windows application for AMD-based gaming handhelds that adjusts system and hardware parameters, including CPU/GPU power limits (TDP), fan behavior, GPU features, controller remapping, and on-screen overlays.

1 · License grant

The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and (after any trial) payment of the applicable fee, GoForge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial use. A single purchased license may be activated on up to approximately 3 devices; you may deactivate a device to free an activation slot for another device you own.

2 · Trial

The Software may be evaluated with full functionality for a trial period of 3 days beginning on first launch. No payment information is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, features that modify the system may be locked and a valid license is required to continue. The trial is provided subject to this entire Agreement, including the disclaimers and limitations of liability below.

3 · Ownership

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. GoForge and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software. Except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 1, no rights are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4 · Restrictions

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, you may not: (a) copy, redistribute, resell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation (for example, mandatory interoperability rights); (c) modify or create derivative works of the Software; (d) remove or circumvent any license validation, activation limit, or trial limitation; or (e) use the Software to build a competing product. Restriction (b) does not apply to the separately-licensed third-party components in Section 5, which are governed by their own licenses.

5 · Third-party components

The Software includes or interoperates with third-party components licensed separately under their own terms (including open-source licenses). Those components, their licenses, and any source-code offers are identified in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md file distributed with the Software. Where a third-party license conflicts with this Agreement as applied to that component, the third-party license governs for that component.

6 · License validation & network use

To activate, verify, and deactivate your license, the Software contacts the license service operated by our payment and licensing provider, Lemon Squeezy, transmitting your license key and a device instance identifier so the activation limit can be enforced. The Software also periodically contacts an update feed to check for and download new versions. Apart from these license and update requests, the Software makes no other network calls: it has no user account, and sends no analytics, telemetry, or usage/game data. See the Privacy Policy.

7 · Purchase, merchant of record & refunds

The Software is offered for a one-time purchase price ($9.99). Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller — Lemon Squeezy, not GoForge, is the seller of record and is responsible for payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms presented at checkout. Refunds are handled under the applicable refund policy presented at checkout and your non-waivable statutory rights.

8 · Hardware interaction — use at your own risk

Important hardware-safety notice. The Software changes low-level system and hardware settings. It can write CPU/GPU power limits (TDP), adjust or override fan behavior, change GPU and display settings, and read from and write to embedded-controller / firmware tables and registers on your device. These operations carry inherent risk: incorrect or aggressive settings, thermal or power conditions, hardware or firmware variation, or unforeseen interactions can cause system instability, data loss, overheating, reduced component lifespan, a voided manufacturer warranty, or permanent damage. You use all such features entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for the settings you apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoForge is not liable for any resulting damage to hardware, data, or property.

9 · Game rules & anti-cheat

The Software can provide features — including turbo/rapid-fire, macros, remapping, and overlays — that may violate the terms of service or anti-cheat policies of games or platforms. Using such features in online, competitive, or anti-cheat-protected games may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of any game or platform. A "competitive" mode may be provided to disable or limit commonly-disallowed features; enabling it is your choice and does not guarantee compliance with, or non-detection by, any particular anti-cheat system.

10 · No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. GoForge disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with any particular hardware. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or damage to or failure of hardware, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility. GoForge's total cumulative liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you actually paid for the Software in the preceding twelve months or USD $10.00. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 · Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, the license ends and you must stop using and remove all copies of the Software. Sections on ownership, restrictions, third-party components, hardware risk, warranty, liability, and governing law survive termination.

13 · Updates & changes

GoForge may provide updates from time to time; unless accompanied by a separate license, they are governed by this Agreement. GoForge may modify this Agreement for future releases; the current version is published on this page, and continued use after an updated Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance.

14 · Governing law & general terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Licensor's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise. This Agreement, together with the third-party notices and any terms presented at checkout by Lemon Squeezy, is the entire agreement regarding the Software. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays in force. You agree to use the Software in compliance with applicable law, including export-control and sanctions laws.
